Dr. Trupin is a lifetime Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and known for hormonal management, sexual health medicine, female wellness, weight management, and nutrition, and is the leading women's health researcher in Central Illinois.She is the CEO of Women's Health Practice and Hada Cosmetic Medicine, and the owner and founder of Hatha Yoga and Fitness in Champaign, Illinois.

Hatha Yoga & Fitness is a vinyasa-based studio that offers a variety of classes for all experience and energy levels. Whether you are looking for a vigorous, sweat-inducing flow or a mellow, restoring practice, Hatha has the class for YOU!. Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa-style, flowing practice, focused on building strength and flexibility, exploring dynamic tension for balance while connecting movement with breath.

Before training or taking classes with us, save a tree (and time checking in at the studio) by filling out the Studio Waiver online. In accordance with the Governor's orders, masks are now required at all times during your visit at Hatha Yoga & Fitness. This includes during class. Masks are not required outdoors for outdoor classes.

Welcome-as a new student you can try out all our great teachers and classes for 14 days straight, unlimited classes including yoga, barre, sculpt, and meditation. Offer good one time per person, as a new to Hatha student.
