An innovative fitness experience, focusing on revitalizing your body by revamping your training. Explore strength, mobility and coordination in ways that will unlock your bodies potential. Some of the most important metrics can't be measured with an app. Having the mobility to move with ease, waking-up free of pain or having strong, resilient joints can't be monitored with a watch but can be felt throughout the day and seen from a distance.

During an Intro Session we assess your strength, mobility and goals so that we can customize a program based on your body's needs. What is needed are the practical tools to first uncover that movement, and second, to elevate it.

As a young trainer, I took the traditional path of acquiring all the top certifications and attending the newest continuing education workshops.
Classes

Our classes are designed to meet the dynamic needs of each students. You'll be introduced to functional strength, active mobility and elements of ground movement and locomotion. These classes draw on disciplines including gymnastics, dance, martial arts, yoga, and weightlifting. Exercises are layered with various progressions to cater to all fitness levels.
