
We are a private training gym in Cincinnati. We offer one-on-one and small group personal training in a very clean, well equipped facility. We work with all ages, fitness levels and physical limitations. We have the best independent trainers in the tristate. Personal training is our most individual offering.
Our trainer's specialities vary from strength and conditioning to improved health, aesthetics and physical rehabilitation. Small group training is a very affordable way to receive individualized programming for 2-4 people with common goals in a private setting. We can work with varied fitness levels and needs within the group.

I've been a fitness trainer since 1999. I have dedicated my life to fitness and am very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. I have worked with people from ages 7 to 75 years old. My clients have ranged from bodybuilders, triathletes, marathoners, cyclists and competitive athletes to people desiring to be healthier, lose weight, tone their physique and / or improve their fitness level.
Personal Training

Personal Training is a one on one experience where the trainer guides the client through the workout and devotes his / her attention to the client for the duration of the session. Workouts are designed according to the client's background, current health and fitness level and goals. Sessions last 30 minutes or one hour.
Small Group Training
Report
Small Group Training consists of a group of 2-4 clients where the trainer guides the clients through their workout. This is a more economical way to train versus Personal Training but the trainer's attention is split among the clients in the group. Sessions last for one hour. The trainer will accommodate varying fitness levels and goals among the group members.

In 2016 Chris and I realized that we could no longer outrun our eating habits. Chris, after two years of extensive travel for work, and countless meals on the go, had gained a considerable amount of extra weight. A year and a half after the birth of our third child, I was carrying 20 pounds of baby weight, the pounds just weren't 'falling off' as they had with the first two.
