Revolution Group Fitness offers Spinning, PiYo, boot camps, TRX, Spin Fusion Classes, circuit training, performance training for athletes, cardio sculpt, and individualized personal training. Located in Lebanon, Ohio, we are centrally located within the Dayton and Cincinnati area.

It is our mission to create a fun atmosphere that inspires individuals to reach their fitness potential while encouraging them to see a Revolution in every area of their life so that they can become the best versions of themselves.The unique Spivi System utilizes heart rate tracking for ALL fitness activities at Revolution Group Fitness.

All of our Spin trainers are Spinning certified, which means they've been trained on the very best equipment, as well as trained on the best practical and theoretical concepts, for a dynamic indoor cycling experience. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right place.
PT Programs

We offer a variety of different personal training options to fit any budget. Our personal trainers have both an extensive educational background as well as a combined 50 years of experience. The following personal training options are our basic and most popular; however, we do offer 30-minute sessions, and peer sessions as well.
What To Expect

Your initial consultation will be approximately 1 hour long and will involve the following:. A realistic Plan of Action designed, based on experience, scientific principles, and educational background. Each session will involve a warm-up/CNS activation, a detailed/scientific backed workout plan, and a cool-down involving necessary flexibility and mobility work.

Steve has been a part of the fitness community for almost 20 years. His personal training experience has connected him with athletes of all ages, from all levels, across all backgrounds. Steve received his undergraduate degree in Health Promotion & Education from the Univ. of Cincinnati, as well as his Masters of Science degree in EHS Management from the Univ. of Findlay.
