The other students are all great, and there to help you out, and the instructors are top notch. I'm trying to get my friends to join up and get them into ninja shape with me! Have been part of this family for less than a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. I encourage anyone who reads this to join a martial arts program no matter age or gender and if you're in the Stamford area, there wouldn't be a better place to go and try a class.
