I love this gym. I'm a long distance runner and had worked with a trainer for seven years before moving made that relationship untenable. I decided to give CrossFit a try and after emailing several gyms in my area, I was so impressed with the initial response I got from the owner, Greg, that I jumped right on board. For anyone new to CrossFit, this gym has a great mix of super experienced people, while also providing a lot of space and grace for new folks. I'm always comfortable asking clarifying questions or having a coach check my form. They are also an incredible community. People have made

We moved to Andersonville about 2 years ago now, and initially, I bounced around between a few CrossFit gyms prior to finding Feast. Not only was I impressed with the 2-week free trial (most gyms are 1 week!) but I was also blown away by the cleanliness, equipment available, and the community itself. Moving to a new city during COVID was so challenging, but after only a few months at Feast, I feel like I've found a place to call home. The coaches are so welcoming, modifications are always given (most of the time without even asking) and the programming is spot on. Plus, they have nutrition support

This quickly became my favorite way to start the day! Being new to the Ravenswood area I was looking for a reputable CrossFit gym with new equipment that was nearby. From the very first time I walked in the gym it was filled with high energy from friendly coaches and members. The coaches are very engaging and knowledgeable, giving guidance and tips throughout the workouts. It has been almost 3 months now since I have joined and I am very glad that I did. While I thought it was a little pricy at first, there are so many offerings of classes which accommodate to any schedule. Again, the coaches

Being a resident of Chicago for the past three years and a former college athlete, I have always struggled to find a gym that provides a competitive atmosphere where everyone supports and encourages each other to push past their individual limits; but this all changed once I joined Feast Fitness in November 2021. Although I had no previous CrossFit experience before I joined Feast Fitness, the coaching staff at Feast made me feel welcomed and comfortable as I adjusted to these high intensity workouts. One thing in particular that continues to stand out to me at this gym is that all of the athletes

I absolutely love this gym. I have been doing CrossFit for three years, but last summer I realized I had hit a rut at my current gym and wanted to kick my performance into the next gear. I live in North Center had some friends who went to Feast and they told me how much they love it, so I gave it a try. After a week I realized what I was missing from my previous gym and made the switch. I haven't regretted it for a second. The WODs are challenging and imaginative, so you don't get bored; the coaching staff are really knowledgable and always ready to give you tips on how to improve your form and
