Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT) can benefit many postural conditions including chronic hypertension, plantar fasciitis, repetitive motion training injuries, tendonitis, whiplash, knee pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. CTT, in its various forms, is beneficial for athletes of all levels. We offer our Introductory Packages as a way for clients who are new to this type of treatment to experience the work.

Chicago Northshore Kinetics is a 4,500 square foot mind-body fitness center that is fully equipped to offer Pilates and GYROTONIC private session in addition to a variety of group classes such as yoga, pilates, and GYROKINESIS. For your convenience, we offer two restrooms, dressing rooms, towel service, seating areas, and purified water.

We recommend our Introductory Package to everyone. The plans gives you three private sessions in either the Gyrotonic method or Pilates for a reduced fee. You can try one session in each type of exercise discipline we offer or take all three sessions in the same discipline. This package also gives you an opportunity to work with up to three different instructors on our talented team.
