Our facility is located at 7252 West. Foster Ave in the Harlem Foster Shopping center between Planet Fitness and O'rielly Auto Parts. We provide easy access to parking, major roads, and features a clean, bright spacious fitness studio. One of the only dedicated group fitness studios in the neighborhood, we offer classes for all fitness levels and age groups.

Interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
