Everyone once had to start at the beginning. Our workouts and "CrossFit Specific Movements" allow for a wide range of modification and adjustment to meet the physical abilities of EVERY athlete, even those with no previous experience. Group Classes

Far more than group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Our workouts are different every day; intense, but altered to each participant's experience level. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is one thing that most people want to focus on, but have a difficult time starting or continuing over time. Nutrition impacts all aspects of training, which is why it is at the bottom of the pyramid, instead of somewhere in-between. Food influences performance. You could be guessing or spending hours of time researching, not really knowing if you are headed in the right direction to get the results that you desire.
Pregnancy and Postpartum

During pregnancy your body is preparing for what is ultimately the largest physical event it will ever go through: birth. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of information out there to help guide you safely and effectively through this process. Most Doctors will readily claim that the healthier mom is, the healthier baby is but simply "doing what you have always done" isn't enough of a guideline nor is "listen to your body".
