Report
Everyone progresses through our program differently. Every lady's pole journey will be unique based on your fitness goals, your frequency of taking classes and your level of fearlessness. We don't recommend a specific time frame of when you move to different levels. Our instructors take notice of your movements during classes and will give recommendations and make suggestions.
