How it Works

Focus Fitness is different from most gyms you may have visited. We've found that semi-private training is the most effective and affordable method of fitness training. Semi-private training is also called small group personal training. In a way, it's like private training - you're working through a fitness program developed for you.

We'll call you promptly at that time to get to know you better, answer any questions you have, and provide you with all of the information you need to see if we are a great fit. After our phone call, we'll meet in person. We want to get to know you and learn more about where you feel stuck and where you need guidance.
