My approach is holistic, meaning I look at sleep, nutrition, movement patterns and thought patterns. Together, we'll discover what's holding you back and set you free from it. Nancy is the best. Seriously. I was afraid of training and afraid of lifting weights because I thought I was too weak and physically compromised from a prior injury.

Nancy has proved me wrong. She is a badass powerlifter but she takes a very intellectual, thoughtful, informed approach to strength training. What I love about Nancy is that she is such a sensitive observer. She thinks holistically about what your body is doing. I was surprised that she was so interested in my breathing.

I got into strength training because I wanted to get rid of my cellulite. Yep. That's right. My primary concern was changing appearance. I thought maybe if I just got rid of my cellulite, I'd stop saying nasty things to myself in the mirror. I even went so far as to transform my body for bikini competitions.

When we work together, I'll help you get strong, but I'll also teach you how strong you already are. And we'll do this by lifting weights. Why lifting? Well, there's a myriad of health benefits, but for women, the psychological benefits can far outweigh the physical ones. You'll find yourself lifting weights and doing tasks that would've seemed impossible.
