Services
Medical Massage
Targeted medical massage therapy addresses chronic pain, scar tissue, and musculoskeletal issues through techniques like myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Our licensed therapists combine deep tissue work with specialized methods such as Graston Technique and lymphatic drainage to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and restore mobility. This service benefits individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking performance enhancement through soft tissue optimization.
Pilates Rehabilitation
Customized Pilates programs focus on core strengthening, posture correction, and mobility restoration using specialized equipment like reformers and cadillacs. Our certified instructors develop individualized routines to address musculoskeletal imbalances, post-surgical recovery needs, and chronic pain management. This service helps clients improve functional movement patterns, enhance body awareness, and build sustainable strength through controlled, low-impact exercises.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga utilizes suspended hammocks to deepen stretches, improve spinal alignment, and build strength through assisted inversions and therapeutic decompression. This practice combines traditional yoga poses with aerial therapy to increase flexibility, relieve back pain, and enhance body control. The suspension system allows safe exploration of advanced postures while providing gentle traction for spinal decompression and joint relief.
Neurokinetic Therapy
Neurokinetic Therapy identifies and corrects dysfunctional movement patterns through precise muscle testing and targeted reprogramming of the motor control center. This science-based approach addresses chronic pain and movement limitations by retraining the brain's coordination of muscle groups. Practitioners use manual therapy combined with specific corrective exercises to restore optimal neuromuscular function and prevent recurring injuries.
Lymphatic Drainage
Specialized lymphatic drainage therapy uses gentle manual techniques to stimulate fluid movement, reduce swelling, and enhance immune function through the body's lymphatic system. This service addresses post-surgical lymphedema, chronic inflammation, and detoxification needs using Vodder and Leduc techniques. The therapy promotes tissue regeneration, reduces fibrosis, and supports the body's natural elimination processes through precise, rhythmic massage patterns.

If you don't take or want to use class pass than take your business off of the app and website. If it's specific instructors nog wanting to accept the class pass than deal with that!

Lydie is the absolute best! I started with her six weeks ago, and I've already seen a positive difference in my posture and musculature as well as correcting the pain I had in my upper back. And when I plateaued in my weight loss journey, it gave me just the kick to get the weight loss going again. I will be taking her classes for a long time to come!

The Graston massage I received at Aerial Bodies alleviated my pain and greatly improved my powerlifting performance. I was so impressed with the results that I actually decided to go to school for massage therapy. Aerial Bodies is one of a kind.

I have been working with Lydie for 2 months now doing pilates, massage, and a range of other exercises and therapeutic techniques in private sessions. Working with her, I have made so much progress in various injuries I have accumulated over time, both old and new, and have gained an incredible amount of strength, balance, and flexibility in such a short amount of time. She has such an impressive amount and range of background knowledge and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lydia is "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" I was injured approx 2 years ago and walked with a limp. Although i went to a chriopractor 3 times a week for approx 6 months - i sitll limped and was in pain. I read good things about aerial pilates and had a consultation with lydia. within the first hour she was able to diagnoise the issue; as well as, an injury I had 45 years ago. Within 2 weeks (4 sessions) of doing the GRASTON Techinique & Cupping Method - I am now walking without a limp. The scare tissue from both injuries has dimenshed signaficantly and i feel like i am on the right path for recovery. Lydia

I was doing pilates for many years in California and once I moved back to Florida I went to different studios but I never felt fulfilled. I felt out of place, like you were just another person, movements were not being properly corrected, and real traditional pilates was not being taught. Then I went to Aerial bodies and met Lydie. She is "the real deal". Every session with her feels like a new learning experience. I am much more aware of my body, my posture and most importantly how to connect so you function better.
Lydie is deeply passionate and a master at her craft. Every time she greets
