UrbanIRON Fitness offers a wide variety of classes that include everything from traditional bootcamp-style to high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Kettlebell strength, TRX and more. UrbanIRON Fitness has changed the way I feel about group fitness. Dena and her team create a personal experience in every class so I feel pushed both physically and mentally!

Movement & music have always been my therapy. Even as a young girl, I took note that every time I moved my body (playing sports or rocking out on the drums) I moved my mind. I became obsessed with this concept, and became a personal trainer at 22.16 years ago! In class you'll notice I like heavy bass, moving to the beat, sweating, swearing, and air-humping.
Because of the ballistic nature of kettlebell training, you can achieve big results in a short period of time. This class focuses on functional movement to improve mobility, strength, coordination and endurance. Whether you're swinging kettlebells, using boxes, flipping tires or conditioning with the agility ladder, your mind won't have time to wander as your body burns calories like a machine!
