Andrew is the Owner & Head Trainer at Body3! He teaches 1-on-1 personal training sessions, semi-private training classes, cardio classes, boot camps, and run coaching. He works hard to help members reach their health and fitness goals! Andrew has been an athlete his entire life starting with (very) little league baseball when he was only 3.

Private Training - This is the most PERSONALIZED type of training we offer at Body3. These 1-on-1 sessions sessions are different for each member.

Here is an email from Andrew, Owner & Head Trainer, about our plan for opening back up and the extra safety precautions:. Level II classes will be open for 6 people, and Cardio classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays, capped at 8 people. You'll need to sign up ahead of time. We will have extra wipes and hand sanitizer placed throughout, as well as protocols for everyone to follow so we can stay clean and healthy.
