In order for us to keep our standards of cleanliness and safety of current members, we will be limiting who comes through our doors. H.N.S. is a raw gym with a purpose. It's a training facility intended for people to work-out in a judgement free environment.

We encourage our members to make this a lifestyle. Healthy living and exercise is a way of life not a six week challenge. Having a team that has personally lived their life overweight and also managed to shed it off. We know first hand the struggles one goes through. With a combination of our training and proper nutrition, we are able to help our members reach their fitness goals.
