Not only will you learn the roots of this practice & how to become a strong teacher, you will be a part of a group that will support you and grow with you in this deeply transformational journey. We do prioritize scholarship submissions from our BIPOC community members as a gesture of recognized privilege & allyship.

I'm just a Chicago city girl that fell in love with the power of the Ocean 10 years ago and have been surfer-chic-living in San Diego ever since. If we're getting all fancy about qualifications, I'm a 500 hr trained teacher, I've been teaching yoga since 2012 and used to have a full time job as a molecular biologist.

Seva Programs

In sanskrit, Seva means service. A prominent part in the Yogic path is selfless service. Ancient yogis knew very well that the journey home to Oneness requires acts of service to others. This is the physical implication of alignment to that knowing of union. We must do all that we can to help our communities and beyond, as our existence on this planet is inextricably interwoven.

With this special new student deal, you get 14 days to experience all our teachers and class styles. Come get yourself some. This is an autopay membership, with a commitment to 3 months minimum. Each payment will be deducted on the same date of the month. Unless you mention to our front desk that you want to suspend for any particular reason, this membership will continue to auto renew.
