Gresham's Best Craft Brewery & Taproom
Madcow Brewing was founded in 2002 by Jason and his brother, who began experimenting with homebrewing. Over two decades, Jason refined his craft, transitioning from extract brews to all-grain processes. In 2010, he partnered with his wife, Kelly, a fellow beer enthusiast, to establish MadCow Brewing Co. as a community-focused brewery. The name reflects Jason's childhood on a dairy farm and Kelly's lifelong affinity for cows.

The beer is pretty good. Been here a few times. Tried the red, an IPA and a pilsner. Food is fairly basic and extremely salty. Location is what it is. Vibes are meh. Service is good.

Very low key Brewery. The type you wanna enjoy and see them grow before they grow into a huge brewery one day. As a successful business owner of 12 years, I love seeing them start small and grow as demand increases. This is how successful businesses outlast most businesses that are in a hurry to success. Excellent staff. Excellent ownership. Excellent service. Excellent beer on tap. Excellent panini's. (I even call to order to go for dinner often)
Fun beer menu options that roared seasonal and a few that rotate often with cool new ideas. Nice location. Very clean and shiny in side.

Good food for the price and great beer. The atmosphere could use some work but for being a newly opened brewery, great experience with friends.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon at the end of October. My wife and I were on vacation from Illinois, driving up the coast, seeing the sites and stopping at all the craft breweries we could find open between San Francisco and Portland that were on our route. We walked in and I ordered the Oxbow IPA. I talked with the friendly bartender and he told me he was the owner and head brewer. Very cool to see the owner slinging beers! The Oxbow IPA was spot on, so I next ordered the Golden Guernsey Honey Rye Saison. Another great beer! I bought a 4 pack of the Golden Guernsey to take home with me and
