Top Notch Home Inspection was amazing when they helped with the inspection under my home. Robbie was on time, and very thorough. Luckie is amazing. I have hire him to inspect my homes twice ; one in West Jordan and the other Murray. He was busy for my Murray home and I made mistake of not waiting and hired an inspector close by me. That was a huge mistake I should have waited for Luckie!! Basically I felt bad about my first report and didn’t feel this other dude was good. I immediately called Luckie and he was out within 24 hours to do my reinspection. If I went with my first report and not called Luckie I would have had overlooked an ACTIVE LEAK on my wall and had mold and tons of damage in my basement. Luckily - haha

I couldn't be happier with the inspection performed by Luckie and his Son. He was knowledgeable , thorough, honest, and very professional. He is not afraid to tell you what he really thinks, which is a big issue I had when dealing with other companies. After speaking with Luckie for over 20 minutes on the phone before even scheduling my inspection, I felt very confident I had the right person for the job. His pricing was more than fair and you are getting someone with over 20 years of actual hands-on construction experience, not just some kid that went to a few classes. Even my realtor was impressed
