Buying a 1900-year built home in Ogden from out-of-state had us nervous, especially since the previous owners just bought it and simply flipped it. We wanted to find out a little more about what potential projects we might have in our near future. Patrick brings a very professional attitude towards his work and really understands old houses. We recently had a home inspection on a house we plan on purchasing. Pat was straightforward and easy to work with over the phone and very knowledgeable. He recommend some tests and recommended against others due to the home condition saying that he didn't want us to waste money on tests that we didn't need. He was able to come out the next day and even adjust his schedule so that my wife and I could be present for part of the inspection. His inspection was thorough and his report came back the next day as promised. I would definitely go with Old Home Inspection again!
