My inspection report indicated that the home was in great condition; however, after acquiring possession of the property it became evident that there were many glaring issues. I was very open with the inspector that I was out of state and depended on the inspection to help make and informed decision about my purchase. The inspector failed to notice multiple issues from minor (non-functioning light fixtures/receptacles and constantly running toilets) to major issues (water leak in the basement). Save yourself the headache of navigating legal hurdles and go with a more reputable inspection company

We had an excellent experience with Scott and Peak Home Inspection. Scott was very professional, realistic, thorough, and responsive. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection and explanation of his findings. He even followed up with us once we had time to digest the results to see if we had any additional questions about the inspection or property. We were consistently impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. We highly recommend Peak Home Inspection for any inspection needs!

Scott was the second inspector I have used recently. I had a larger company do an inspection on a different house but I went with Scott for this one because he was cheaper. Overall I'm not impressed. I felt like he was not professionally trained in what to look for and was overall much less thorough than the larger company. We just moved into the new house and after running the dishwasher once, we have found that its leaking. Because this could have been caught by "normal operation" I dont know if our home warranty is going to cover it. Just go with a larger, more reputable company, it's worth

My boyfriend and I are looking at purchasing a duplex and Peak Home Inspection took care of our property inspection for us. Scott was professional and thorough and made sure we fully understood his role and findings. His pricing was also very fair. Thanks for your help Scott!

Scott was honest, thorough and on time. I have used him for two different home purchases - a single family home and a townhouse. Based on the inspections he provided for each one, I was aware of issues or maintenance that needed to be addressed and what I could expect moving forward.

I had to meet Scott after he went through the house so I don't know how long he took actually inspecting. When he walked me through he didn't share much information except what I pressed for. Now that I've bought the house I've found a small leak under a sink and the central a/c doesn't cool the house. After contacting him he told me that there is no leak under the sink but really if you look at the pictures he took, he just didn't look at the actual pipe because there was a paper bag in front of it that he didn't bother to move. He notes on the report that the a/c unit "appears serviceable," which

I have had several inspections on previous houses that I have bought and I can say without a doubt that this was the most detailed and thorough inspection that I have seen. Scott was very good at explaining every issue that he found in the home. Not only did he point them out, but he explained in detail what exactly the problem was and what a logical solution to the issue was. The pricing was similar to other inspections that I have had in the past, but they also did a complete infrared with my inspection. That was something that I hadn’t been offered with previous inspections so I wasn’t really
