I began teaching aerobics in 1990 and ever since, fitness has been my passion in life. I then became a competitive athlete in 2003, and after hiring several personal trainers, I decided to get certified for my own knowledge. Many of my family, friends, and neighbors would always ask for advice and want to be trained.

A Pro Fit staff member will contact you to set up a time for your first visit. At your first visit you be required to show valid/current I.D., sign a liability waiver, and go over the gym rules. You have 5 consecutive days to use your pass. Passes may only be used during staffed business hours or at class times where a coach or staff member is present.
