Dr. Celia Mendes and her staff are wonderful!! The new patient process was very easy, quick and organized. Dr. Mendes was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Her staff was very helpful, welcoming, and kind. As a new patient, I had to schedule 3 months out for my appointment but it was very much worth it!!

The customer service was great and they even refunded me which I really appreciate, but when I got to my appointment they informed me that the tattoo machine was broken which I completely understand, things happen. My only problem was they didnt call me prior to say that it was broken, so I feel like I wasted my time, when I could have been calling around to make an appointment somewhere else.
