Meet Our Providers

Dr. Nailesh Dave was born and raised in India. He graduated from the Medical College at Gujarat University in 1990. He completed his Neurology Residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in North Carolina from 1995 through 1998. He then finished a fellowship in neuro-rehabilitation at Southern Illinois of Medicine from 1998 through 1999.
