This business really needs someone new as the face of their company. When I showed up to my first (and only) appointment, I was greeted by an empty front desk and a sticky note That read 9am appt. The office was empty. Now this was strike one, but definitely not something I would take time out to write a negative review for. If Im being honest, I left my appointment in tears but only because of how frustrated I was that it was now proving to be so unproductive. The doctor that I saw was pleasant, but I knew I was not going to be back. Again, this review is not even for the doctor. But

I went here once and spoke with Mr. Thomas who was very kind and nice to talk to. I ended up realizing that this wasn't the type of service I needed, and when I called to cancel my follow up appointment the owner Dr. Kidd was very rude and short with me. She was explaining how I'd needed to continue to see someone to get the a referral for what I was looking for, and I might have considered sticking with Mr. Thomas, but this owner was so rude that I decided to say bye bye and I'll start over somewhere else. This lady belongs nowhere near people seeking mental health help...she's a mental case all

If I could give 0 stars I would. You could not pay me to go here. The red head receptionist is the owner, Dr. Kidd. She treats her employees like dogs, I actually think dogs are treated better so theres no comparison. Ask her about her turn over rate, how many therapist shes has had in just the last year, how many have walked out due to her behavior towards them. The things that go on here are unimaginable. The few therapist that are left are amazing, but the owner is running her business pretty shady and needs to be investigated. All she cares about is money, if you cancel due to an

My boys and I have both gone to see Tammy King for years. She has been a wonderful therapist. I even struggled to get to my children to see her as their insurance was giving us problems. I kept getting the run around for 6 months. I went to her as I was already a patient and was very upset by this. At that moment, she quickly cleared it up and got my kids' referrals in. She has been fantastic with my children and me. I have seen many therapist for years and honestly, Tammy King, has been the best. I have made great strides seeing her and it is cause of this woman. I honestly would recommend Tammy

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I do not necessarily have a problem with the therapist my child saw. My daughters therapist name is Mrs. TAMMY KING. She is really good at listening to our problems and helped our daughter with her issues tremendously. I did hate the owner/receptionist DR. ANGELA ELIZABETH KIDD. She is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I tried to discuss with her in a kind manner that I had a problem of how she talked to me or my husband. She stated in her own words that she and her staff can be rude if they want to if someone is being rude to them. She felt she is
