STELLA COOK works with clients as a fitness pro with an emphasis on pilates and dance-based movement. Her calm and laid back teaching style delivers serious results. She's passionate about helping people find their own vibe with exercise. Stella thinks that working out should be fun and if it isn't, she'll fix that for you.

Her classes are dynamic and athletic, sometimes chill, and always solid. Oh and there's always going to be a good playlist and a couple dad jokes. Stella discovered Pilates while studying modern dance & choreography. After school, she made LA her home and continued to dance and practice pilates and found that she could turn her love of fitness and innate dancers' knowledge of the body into a job that she loved.

Pilatecize is a fun, full-body workout that includes straightforward high/medium intensity cardio plus core, leg, arm and balance exercises. This mat class works your whole body from the inside-out. Though there's no cardio, expect some balance challenges and sweat from deep work while you shape your bod!
