Coming from a highly athletic family, Stephanie found fitness in her teen years as a way to blow off stress and build a positive body image. The thing I love about fitness is that it demands you to change, to adapt; it shows you your weaknesses and demands of you your strengths. It shows you who you really are and who you can be.
The Studio

Located in the heart of Ventura and just a few minutes drive away from Pierpont beach. Our boutique studio is filled with natural elements from exposed brick to raw wood beam rafters. We're equipped with every tool you need to reach your goals. Including a heavy bag, cable machine, cardio stations, free weights, barbells and a wide array of weight training equipment around our custom turf area used for functional conditioning.
InBody Composition Scan

The weight on a scale can be very misleading. If you want the most accurate assessment of your health then you need to identify your body composition not just your weight. Our InBody machine uses safe, multiple frequency, bio-electrical impedance technology to identify muscular development and imbalances, body fat %, as well as, your basal metabolic rate (so you can dial in your nutrition).
