Aerial Photography
Our aerial photography services capture high-resolution images from unique vantage points using FAA-certified drone operators. This technology allows real estate professionals, construction companies, and event planners to showcase properties and projects with cinematic quality visuals. Our equipment produces detailed imagery that highlights architectural features, property boundaries, and surrounding landscapes.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging services detect temperature variations in buildings, electrical systems, and agricultural fields using specialized drone-mounted sensors. This technology identifies energy inefficiencies, water leaks, and equipment malfunctions invisible to the naked eye. Our certified technicians analyze thermal data to provide actionable insights for construction, maintenance, and safety applications.
Video Production
Professional video production combines aerial drone footage with ground-based cinematography for marketing and documentation purposes. Our team creates promotional content for real estate listings, business profiles, and event coverage using cinema-grade cameras and professional editing. The result is engaging visual storytelling that captures dynamic perspectives and detailed close-ups.
Roof Inspections
Drone-based roof inspections provide comprehensive assessments of residential and commercial roofing systems without requiring physical access. Our thermal imaging technology detects moisture intrusion and insulation issues while high-resolution cameras document physical damage. This non-invasive method reduces safety risks and provides detailed reports for insurance claims and maintenance planning.
Community Services
Community service operations deploy drones for search and rescue missions, wildfire monitoring, and disaster response. Our FAA-certified pilots operate in challenging environments to provide real-time thermal imaging and aerial mapping for first responders. This technology enhances situational awareness during emergencies while minimizing risks to personnel.

I just found AIR Photography's listing on google last week when I needed a very time sensitive problem come up. Tim answered right away, and I tell you, from the start, from the moment he picked up the phone, he was the most professional sounding person I have ever talked to on the phone. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my needs were met and even earlier than I expected! I called 4 other photography companies around town, and none of them even came close to being as professional as Tim was. His equipment was even awesome looking :D. I gave Tim a timeline to get the job

I've done quite a lot of work with Tim from Air Photo CO! He's really good at what he does and is so professional about it. Being a business owner, it's very important to me that anyone I contract has the proper certifications and insurance, and Air Photo CO has it all. You won't have to worry about any questionable legality- they do it by the book to cover their clients. I highly recommend Tim with Air Photo CO to anyone looking for aerial photo or video!
