Susan found yoga ten years ago after her husband unexpectedly died from cancer. With two young boys to raise and family to help, finding the right exercise became important. Yoga was different than any other exercise she had done. With any physical activity, you release a cocktail of endorphins and other feel good chemicals into your body, but with yoga she experienced something more.

NOW Power Yoga is a balance of dynamic stretching and strengthening poses linked together by the breath. Detox your body, clear your mind, and come prepared to sweat! Appropriate for all levels. Brings together infrared heat, cardio, and weights. With a strong focus on strength and intensity Yoga Sculpt is more like a workout class that brings you mental and emotional focus.

Our mens and women's bathrooms have showers and feature the best EO products so that you can take care of yourself before or after class. Towels are available at the desk. You'll sweat, hard. Bring your own yoga towel and hand towels if you prefer. We also have yoga towels for rent, and complimentary hand towels next to the door on the way into the studio.

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase, for store credit or store exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds. Items must be in original condition, unworn and customer must have original tags attached and have original or gift receipt. All sale items are final sale. If you sign up and pay for a workshop and are unable to attend please contact us to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the workshop.
