Alto Swim Club is the premier United States Swimming team in Palo Alto and Stanford, CA and the surrounding area. We are a team built by coaching professionals who are passionate about swimming. Alto Swim Club offers top tier competitive groups for all ages, from the beginner swimmer to the Olympian.

Alto Swim Club is the premier United States Swimming team in the Palo Alto and Stanford area. We offer a comprehensive swim program for all athletes, from the beginner swimmer to the Olympian. Our swim team utilizes a number of local pools and facilities. Our home pool is Avery Aquatic Center on the Stanford University Campus.

Alto Swim Club is committed to creating an abuse-free, safe, healthy, and positive environment for all of its members through the development and implementation of Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention and Anti-Bullying policies, Safe Sport Best Practices, and Athlete Protection Training. All athletes, families, and coaches are educated on our Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP).

The coaching staff at Alto Swim Club are professionals who are passionate about swimming. The staff and swim team provide individuals with the resources needed to achieve their goals. Alto Swim Club Coaches are USA Swimming registered & certified, including background check, Athlete Protection Training, USA Swimming SafeSport & Coaches Safety Training and CPR & First Aid Certifications.

Alto Swim Club has three major groups that establish our competitive swimming program. Our Age Group, Senior and National / Professional Programs are nationally ranked. Together, these programs represent Alto Swim Club at highest level locally, nationally, and internationally. ALTO focuses on skill development and age appropriate training within each our of competitive swimming groups.
Scholarships

Alto Swim Club participates in the USA Swimming Outreach Program and offers reduced USA Swimming registration fees through Pacific Swimming. Eligibility is determined based on the Pacific Swimming Outreach Athlete Application. Outreach Athletes are eligible to attend local meets at no cost and may also be eligible for additional Pacific Swimming grants to cover focus meet travel expenses and / or other competitive swimming costs.
