We have spacious and light-filled, 12" X 12" stalls in our lower barn. Horses are fed high-quality mountain meadow hay or alfalfa three times per day, stalls are cleaned and shavings refreshed daily. Group turnout is included for horses without rear shoes; individual turnout is available. Our spacious covered arena is groomed daily and the natural footing is maintained frequently to provide the safest and most comfortable ride possible.
The arena is protected from the elements and is fully lighted. Individual and some double and triple paddocks are available on both the west and east sides of the ranch. East side paddocks are larger and flatter with shelters of varying size. West side paddocks are usually smaller and may be on a slope; all have 12' X12 shelters.

CWE was founded in May of 2015 by Steven Ciarametaro, who had been a boarder at the existing facility. The goal in starting the business was to create a barn where the horses are well-fed, safe, taken care of and made as content as possible.
The business fosters a welcoming community of horse enthusiasts of all levels and all backgrounds with the intention of creating a drama-free environment where riders and students can learn and share their knowledge without judgement and with encouragement.

Equus Coaching began at CWE when Koelle Simpson visited a few years ago. I observed Koelle's interaction with our horses and her clients and was immediately intrigued by the revelations and insight her clients gained.
The Equus Coach training profoundly changed my relationship with horses from my days as a competitive dressage rider; it has given me a new path for connecting people with themselves and the natural world and the sometimes hidden insight and gifts it can provide us.
