NorCal Rush was founded by Zac Levine with just one team and continues to strive to produce talented players. We at NorCal Rush Basketball are dedicated to producing high caliber players, but we strive to continue to make basketball a fun experience, not a dreadful one.
In 2018, Coach Zac expanded the club which now is home to more than 75 players, seven teams, and eight staff members and is the largest AAU basketball club in Burlingame, CA, with players from San Mateo all the way to San Francisco.NorCal Rush Basketball is based in Burlingame, CA. All proceeds from the drive will go to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) NorCal to fight injustice in our community. The ACLU NorCal works to guarantee rights and civil liberties to all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation, or involvement in the criminal justice system.
Our Program

We run two seasons throughout the year. Our Spring/Summer season runs from Mid-February to July and our Fall season runs from August to October. During the Winter and Summer season we run our Rush Leagues which give players an opportunity to show off their skills in low pressure situations. Teams can expect to play a variety of tournaments and leagues in each season.
Zac Levine
Report
Coach Zac Levine has been a basketball player all his life. Playing on various local travel teams and attending National tournaments, AAU was no stranger to him. Levine founded NorCal Rush in 2015 with just one team (a team he would play on). In 2017 Coach Levine began his coaching career, starting as an assistant at Burlingame Intermediate School.
Katlyn Tran
Report
Katlyn Tran has been involved in sports her entire life. As a student at Burlingame High School she was on the cheer team and was one of the leaders of Burlingame's student athletic conference. In 2021 she took over as our social media manager and we could not be more pleased to have her. She attends all of our local and travel tournaments and takes photos & videos of our players.
