I'm Active Duty Military with a rental property in Vancouver, WA. About 3-4 years back I had to deploy on short notice, and was right in the middle of a turnover with 3 days to leave. I interviewed several in the area, but after talking to Leisha I knew this was the right fit. Fast forward to 2021, they've been managing it ever since. We recently had another turnover. PPM did a super fast cleanup and secured another tenant in less than a month. I'm able to text or email them any time with questions and they always promptly reply. Could not be happier with PPM. Wish I could put them in charge

We moved into our home 4yrs. ago and I can honestly say the service they provide is extraordinary. They are professional in every way from the way they treat their tenants and the owners.
