We have over thirteen years of experience successfully managing single family homes and multiplex units in the Portland Metro area. We began managing properties in 2005 that had problem tenant issues and needed physical upgrades and restoration.
Through successfully completing these projects and others as well as finding responsible tenants we gained a greater understanding in successfully resolving owner and tenant needs and desires as well as effectively managing the property itself.These projects and others have given us a broad and deep understanding of building codes and health and safety issues impacting properties we manage.

RMB Associates is ready to meet your property management needs. We provide full service property management, leasing placement services, and assistance with vacant properties. Management fees range from 7 to 10 percent depending on property type, rent, location, administrative oversight and other factors.
Screening Guidelines

Applicants must provide us with the information necessary to contact past landlords. We reserve the right to deny an application if, after making a good faith effort, we are unable to verify prior rental history. Exceptions may be made for applicants with qualified co-signers or increased deposits/payments.
