Jude and his team did a wonderful job of Managing my rental condo from doing the fix up it needed to rent, finding an excellent tenant and following up to assure the tenant was properly caring for the condo. Rent was paid always on time and his knowledge about Oregon rental property regulations and assistance in getting the property ready for sale was professional, courteous and timely.

Weve been at a property managed by Profound for about 9 months. From the start, Jude was always quick to answer the phone or call back ASAP. He is always accessible! Theres an online portal to rent and send maintenance requests (and attach pictures)- so happy they are in the 21st century! The maintenance team is pretty quick to respond- we had a broken wall heater over winter and Mike (I think?) was helpful and flexible in meeting me at the apartment to check it out, determine the issue, and got the heater fixed ASAP. I had submitted another long list of non-urgent concerns (related to landscaping
