YOUniversal Yoga is a warm and welcoming center for the practice of yoga, cultivation of community, and study of holistic health. In the heated classes- Temperature ranges from 85-105 degrees, allowing the body to open with more ease, for increased flexibility and strength. We also offer not heated classes: Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Stretch & Relax yoga (gentle/restorative), and Sivananda Yoga.

In our Hot Yoga Flow classes, sometimes referred to Vinyasa, which are movements and poses placed in a special way. Most Movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner, while linking the breath, which is a primary focus. The wide variety of dynamic poses that ebb and flow in energy will enhance your stability, strength and flexibility.
