The Cumberland Soccer Club is a community-based, volunteer organization supporting competitive travel soccer playing under affiliation with Soccer Maine, United Soccer Federation of Maine (USFM), the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA). The Cumberland Soccer Club abides by the Articles, bylaws, policies and requirements of Soccer Maine.

The Town of Cumberland has a strict ordinance regarding dogs on the Tuttle Road side of Twin Brook, and no dogs will be allowed on the premises, even in cars, during tournament weekend. If you need to bring a dog to the tournament, you can park on the Twin Brook Greely Road side, where dogs are permitted.

Youth sports programs, including the Cumberland Soccer Club, play an important role in promoting the physical, social and emotional development of children. The values of good sportsmanship are essential to this development and are a guiding principle of CSC. An emphasis on fair play and respect for all participants is a primary element of our club's mission.
Philosophy/Playing Time

At the U-10 and U-11 age group, coaches will attempt to provide all players equal playing time during a season. At the U-12, U-13 and U-14 age group, coaches will use discretion in playing time but all players should play a minimum of 10 minutes per half of regulation length games (30 minute halves for U-12 and 35 minute halves for U-13 and U-14).
