Train With Aim
No matter what your age or physical condition, losing weight is a process. If you've tried-and failed-to slim down in the past, you know that it's not just a matter of cutting calories. The types of food, when you eat them, how much you eat, and how you eat them all affect your results. You may already have an exercise program in place that works for you.

But if you want or need help with setting up a program to help you with overall fitness while you're losing weight, both exercise plans and personal training time are available as options with the Train with Aim nutrition program. Amie grew up playing soccer, basketball, and softball, and graduated as tri-captain and female athlete of the year from Blair Academy.

How it works
Report
No matter what your age or physical condition, losing weight is a process. If you've tried - and failed - to slim down in the past, you know that it's not just a matter of cutting calories. The types of food, when you eat them, how much you eat, and how you eat them all affect your results.

What's more, though exercise is important for getting fit and speeding up your metabolism, exercise alone will not necessarily get you to your weight loss goals.Even if you work out like crazy, if you're not feeding yourself properly, you won't always lose weight. Diet is 80% of weight loss. With Amie's Nutrition Program, the focus is on balancing your blood sugar so that you don't experience highs and lows in your energy and moods.

You may already have an exercise program in place that works for you. But if you want or need help with setting up a program to help you with overall fitness while you're losing weight, both exercise plans and personal training time are available as options with Amie's Nutrition Program. We'll review your current exercise regimen, compare it with your goals, and make any adjustments.
What do you want
Report
You want things because you want them-and there is no reason why you want them, there is no justification; you just want it. The problem with needing is you think of every possible obstacle in place that justifies why you can't have or do something. So we all probably want a ton of things, writing them down every day will make them clearer.
