Lion Heart Yoga offers a space of comfort and serenity which allows room for nurturing the soul and opening the heart to the creativity within. It is a place for peace, community and growth. It is my vision to bring the benefits of yoga to everyone, which is why I am offering a variety of classes for all levels.
We are nestled in the Sonoma Valley surrounded by a beautiful mountain range and local vineyards and wineries, inspiring us with nature and culture as we explore the ancient practice of yoga. Nadra found yoga in 2007 when she realized the importance this practice can have on each of us individually, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally -and how it can have a profound effect on how we treat each other, impacting society as a whole. Yoga's healing qualities are not just for a few, but are for everyone regardless of age or physical ability.
Seva Student Program

The definition of seva is selfless service. As a yoga teacher I want to give back to the community by giving those who want to experience the practice of yoga, but may have a difficult time financially or other-wise, a chance to do so. I will be offering one month of free unlimited classes, at the start of each month to a new/different student.

Yoga & Wine Tasting at Seamus Wines Tasting Lounge will feature two awardwinning Sonoma wines made with grapes from the very finest vineyards.
