
I love what AMPT has become, a FAMILY friendly enviornment where everyone can come to get healthier. AMPT is not a "hard core gym", it is a real gym for real people. A gym where ordinary people can come in and learn to move better, get stronger, become leaner, and feel better about themselves. I look up to my Father because he raised me to be the man I am today, and taught me that I can have, or do, anything in life if I'm willing to work for it!

Instead of focusing so much on what foods to eat, and what foods to avoid, habit based nutrition focuses on developing one habit at a time. Like our work out programs we start with an evaluation and discussion to create goals. For most, its to lose a few pounds and feel better.

Get unlimited Metabolic Conditioning and Active Recovery Group Sessions for AMPT up results!. This is where you will get your full body strength work out. This is the gold standard for burning calories; you'll increase your lean muscle mass which will increase your fat burning potential.
These classes are a little slower in pace to focus on proper technique, but never lack in intensity because you'll be ask to lift more weight or do more reps every week.You should participate in these classes 2-3 times per week, and should be your main priority. We are changing the way Cardio is done!
