Tovah Fit

I haven't worked out in forever and Tovah is now my trainer, best investment in myself! What I appreciate the most is that they are small group classes (no more than 4 people) of working moms like me so you feel really comfortable and not intimidated by the gym atmosphere. I love Tovah, and her attention to form and constant encouragement!

Thank you Tovah! I have been working out with Tovah since last year and she is great! She knows when and how hard to push you to succeed to your max. She makes working out fun. Definitely one of the best investments I have made for myself and my daughters who love that I can carry them around longer without having to put them down.
