FluidFitness is all about creating a fun, motivating fitness training experience conveniently at your home or a location of your choosing. Why the name? With our lives consistently changing, whether it's a stressful work season, a new baby, kid's busy schedules, and/or health issues, our fitness should shift and flow with our current life circumstances, not be forgotten or removed.

We make it easy to start or get back into a training routine - no intimidation, no yelling, and no pressure. And you can wear those mismatched, stained, hole-ridden workout clothes that you'd never wear to a gym - no judgment here!. Our main focus for every client is to help make their every day life better.

When I was 11 years old, I would grab my sister's weights and sneak up to my room to make up fitness routines and then teach them to my imaginary participants. From that point on, I was hooked - fitness became an integral part of my life. I started FluidFitness to help others make fitness an integral part of their lives as well.

If you are looking for a highly individualized training plan to help you reach your goals, working with a personal trainer is the perfect choice. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, tone, etc., each session will be customized to move you towards achievement and to make activities of daily life easier.
Small Group Training

Small group training (SGT) offers individualized attention similar to personal training but with the fun and motivating group dynamic built in. We limit SGT sessions to 2-4 individuals to maximize the effectiveness and so that each individual still benefits from the expert training. This type of training is great for couples, neighbors, co-workers, and friends that want to encourage each other in living a healthier, more active life.
FluidFitness Group Class

FluidFitness Group Class is a fun, motivating fitness group class designed to provide a safe and effective workout in the great outdoors. Classes will incorporate high intensity interval training (HIIT), muscular endurance, plyometrics, and calisthenics into a 50 minute session, 4 days a week. Open to all fitness levels, from novice to fitness pros, each class is designed to burn calories and improve your functional fitness.
