Yoga is for everyBODY. Learn asana poses, explore body alignment, develop strength, increase flexibility and balance in a supportive nourishing environment. Chairs, blocks and straps will be used. This class is designed for the new student or those who want to reinforce the basics. Appropriate/suitable for all body types and all ages.

Since we cannot practice together at the studio - we are offering short, online classes - to our Satsang community. So roll out your mat and access our offering of streaming classes any time you want to practice at home or anywhere.

Overall, it's important to know that in a class you take at our studio, you won't be asked to push past your healthy physical and mental limitations - but you will break new ground nonetheless and discover your fullest potential. Designed to build strength, gain mobility and have fun. Class draws from a wide range of movement modalities including Yoga, strength conditioning and active stretching.
