We offer a full schedule of yoga classes in several styles, including vinyasa flow, hatha, gentle, and prenatal. Our team of experienced instructors are focused on creating a safe and welcoming environment. Through skilled instruction, they provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Laura began practicing yoga in 2002 after an injury left her unable to continue her previous physical regimen.

We strive to maintain small training groups, offering future teachers more individual attention and the ability to develop a deeper level of knowledge of anatomy, alignment and yoga philosophy while finding their own unique voice as a teacher.
Prenatal/Postnatal

Our prenatal yoga classes help you manage stress during this special time in your life while providing you with tools for fitness and relaxation. Prenatal yoga provides expectant mothers with the opportunity to stay in shape throughout their pregnancy while still recognizing the changes that are happening to your body.

Join Laura for a special session focused creating a visualization of your goals and setting positive intentions for 2019. All supplies are provided. Bring your goals and vision for the future and we'll end this session with a special yoga nidra guided meditation practice to help manifest your goals for 2018 and beyond.
Schedule

Hatha - This practice will focus on overall well-being, mentally and physically. A slower practice, recommended for beginners and advanced practitioners as well, Hatha will assist in finding balance through carefully sequenced postures with a different focus each class. Vinyasa Flow - This flowing practice focuses on connecting breath with movement.
