EvenFlow Yoga
We have long maintained a sacred and inviting space which captures the essence of Yoga. Founded in 2008 by Christian Valeriani, EFY's first home was in West End, Long Branch, NJ. As our community grew, EFY relocated to a larger, suburban space in the heart of Red Bank, NJ in 2011. Now, our goal is to incorporate Yoga into your life full time by providing a space that offers effortless convenience, simplicity and specialization.

Our mission has always been to provide a platform for beginners and seasoned practitioners to flourish by integrating yoga into all aspects of life. The culture of EFY is to teach to the level of every student; whether their goal is stress management, self -transformation, muscular flexibility or enhanced mental awareness.

Teacher Training
Report
For over 10 years, EvenFlow Yoga has trained over 125 inspired yogis to dive deeper into this auspicious practice. During these unique and challenging times, Yoga is critical to maintaining our sense of wellness, awareness and compassion. To accommodate our changing lifestyle and maximize convenience, EFY will again be offering a hybrid training of interactive, in-person contact hours, coupled with virtual online sessions.
Private Yoga
Report
One of the smartest moves a new yogi can make is investing in private yoga sessions. Yoga requires, for many, movements that your body may never have previously performed. To construct these shapes appropriately and with minimal risk of injury is the goal of the teacher/student relationship.

Additionally, if you have a seasoned practice, the ability to explore a nuanced practice with a teacher can keep you inspired to deepen your practice and maintain a growing, upward trend to your goals.Christian brings over 14 years of private teaching experience and can craft a practice to address any flexibility, strength or stress management needs.
