Celebrating 36 years! Opened in 1980, Children's Speech and Language Services has long provided parents support for their children with developmental and/or speech-language challenges. Key to success in treatment is our way of looking holistically at children, at how their breakdown in communication affects family dynamics and social peer interactions, as well as academic performance.

Sick Policy
Report
When your child is sick, his/her performance in speech therapy is not optimal, and in turn, is less beneficial. Therefore, if your child has a fever over 99 degrees, has a thick, yellow/green nasal discharge, or has vomited or had diarrhea within the past 24 hours, please call-in to our 24-hr answering machine and cancel your child's therapy session.
Snow Policy
Report
You should contact your SLP directly, regardless, if you choose to cancel your session due to driving conditions. Please contact your therapist to alert her as to your availability to bring your child speech. Also, check your e-mail or phone-whichever you have selected as your preferred method to be contacted by your therapist-prior to your child's session, for possible communication from your SLP.
