Just pick up my work here and not impressed with the service at all. I paid for 30$ for my product, but it came out with the defect. I asked the staff what they can do to help me fix this, they were ignored me and tried to tell me that this defect can happen. I understand that this accident can happen during the coating process, but why dont you try to be careful on the customer work. There are many places on the piece that you can grab why at the letters (its a person name and its an important part for me). Im not happy at all. I planned to give it art work for my family as a Christmas

It's a small but warm and inviting place. It's crowded though and while we were perusing around, I was afraid I'd bump into something and break it. We used to go to Glazed Art but they've closed down so this is another option for us. The people working there were nice. It's a bit expensive so we don't plan on doing this that often. A small figurine 2-3 inches tall is already $16 - yikes! They didn't have a big cup that was on display for painting which was unfortunate. We picked up our item within the time frame that they said they would have it ready. The bathroom

I recommend coming here to paint yourself a custom bowl, vase, dish, or other treasure. It is great fun to decorate ceramic items. What a joy to see your item come to life a few days later after it has been fired in a kiln. I look forward to my next visit.

What an awesome place to go out for a date or a fun family outing. It's fun going every once in a while to see new designs, each time is a different experience. Highly recommend this place! They take care of their equipment, and their paints. Also they have plenty of stamps or stencils.

Been coming with my now 16 year old since they first opened. Can get crowded, but great creative environment. Would like to see better supplies and ceramic choices, but always an activity well spent.
