Caleb Cook started America's Phone Guys in 2001 to provide telecommunications solutions to businesses in the Portland, Oregon, and Southwest Washington areas. Caleb's wife, Lois, joined the company in 2004, and the two still run the business today. The company is still operated locally and has grown from just two to a more extensive operation over the past two decades.

Please list the names you would like to have on each phone starting with the extension and name. Many clients have found it useful to name extensions by position. I.e. 101 Front Desk or 102 Office Manager. If you would like to include voicemail to email, please also include each email address. For Voicemail to Email, please list the email addresses next to each extension in the "Phone System Preparation" fields above.
