Is it the sauce? Yes, but the crust is also fantastic and you can tell by the subtleties in the flavor profiles of each different kind of pizza that their cheese Blends are outstanding.
I've simply never had better Pizza anywhere in my life. Keep in mind I do appreciate the thin crust pizza much more than I had like a deep dish style pizza so if you like sloppy soupy deep dish pizzas with fake cheese this isn't the place for you. Fondi's has amazing Neopolitan style pizza - we love the Vegetariano and the Pizzaiolo - and their salads are great too (Insalada di Gorgonzola is delicious).

At Fondi's, our classic Neapolitan pizza is hand stretched and features our sour starter affectionately named Sophia, after the Italian actress Sophia Loren. We also support schools' learning incentives through donations to Parent Teach Associations with our Bambini (Italian for kids) meal prizes. In 2020, Fondis donated more than 2000 meals to schools!
