We are located in sunny California and offer two beautiful studios to serve our Fallbrook and Bonsall communities. Select a location to view their weekly class schedule. In addition to our amazing classes and workshops, we offer services to help treat the whole individual. Love everything about this place! Although I am not in town as much as I would like to be to practice, I try to get to a class whenever I can and I am never disappointed!

If you're registered for a class and can't make it, please be sure to cancel to avoid the $18 cancellation fee. Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments.
Private Yoga

Private yoga sessions are offered by most of our instructors. Private sessions may include Trapeze, Aerial, basic yoga, proper alignment, advanced postures, MELT or vinyasa. We'll be happy to schedule a private session. Please call our studio to be paired with one of our instructors that best fits your needs.
